Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ARVCast website and API (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

What the Service is — and is not

ARVCast provides property data, after-repair value (ARV) estimates, and comparable sales derived from public records and statistical models, for the areas listed on our coverage pages. The Service is informational only:

  • Estimates are not a certified appraisal and no estimate should be treated as one.
  • The Service is not a consumer report and ARVCast is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act; you may not use it to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing.
  • Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or legal advice. Verify any figure independently before relying on it in a transaction.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your credentials and API tokens. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not circumvent metering, rate limits, or plan quotas.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-export, or systematically copy data beyond your plan’s limits, and do not resell or redistribute the data as a standalone dataset.
  • Do not use the Service unlawfully or to build a competing valuation dataset.

API access purchased through RapidAPI is additionally subject to your RapidAPI plan and RapidAPI’s own terms.

Billing

Web subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled (manage or cancel any time from the billing portal); purchased credits do not expire. The unlimited plan is subject to a fair-use cap that only affects automated or scripted access. Paid API plans are purchased and billed separately through RapidAPI under your RapidAPI plan. Plan limits and pricing may change; changes apply from your next billing period.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, software, and presentation, belongs to us. Underlying public-records data remains public; our compilation, estimates, and derived analytics do not.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public records contain errors, and models have error margins — our coverage pages publish backtested accuracy figures where available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the Service.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. We may update them as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Questions? Contact us through polascapital.com.
