Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we store the email address you authenticate with and your subscription tier.
• Usage and metering data. We count the lookups you run (including a signed, first-party cookie that identifies your browser for free-tier metering before you create an account) and log queried addresses to operate the service, prevent abuse, and plan coverage. The metering cookie is not used for cross-site tracking.
• Technical data. We process your IP address and request metadata for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and store it with anonymous usage records for the billing period.
• Payment information. Web subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer reference, plan, and credit balance, never your card details. Paid API plans are billed through RapidAPI, from which we receive subscription metadata only.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which reports aggregated page-view metrics and does not use cross-site tracking cookies.

Property data

The property records, valuations, and comparable sales we serve are derived from public government sources (county assessor records and Tennessee state assessment data). This data relates to properties, not to you as a person, and is provided for informational purposes only.

Cookies

We set first-party cookies only: authentication session cookies when you sign in, and the signed anonymous-lookup cookie described above. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data with the service providers that run ARVCast — hosting and analytics (Vercel), authentication and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and the API marketplace (RapidAPI, for API subscribers) — each bound by their own privacy commitments, and when required by law. Additionally, the comparable-sales map loads basemap tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap, so when you view a map your browser sends them standard request data (such as your IP address and the viewed map area). If we engage new providers, this list will be updated.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through polascapital.com.

Children

ARVCast is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
